How to Provide Feedback to Edgarley Home Inc
You can share feedback in the following was:
- Speak directly with a staff member or the nurse in charge.
- Contact the facility managers CEO or DON.
- Speak with front office administration team.
- Hard copy forms can be completed, these are in foyer at front entrance. These can be completed and placed in locked box.
- Send feedback via email to CEO/Don or Administration.
