Notice of the 66^th Annual General Meeting to be held

Tuesday 23^rd November 2021

At Casterton Town Hall

At 6:30pm

 

All members of the community may attend the AGM, however, only those persons who are members of the organisation as at 30^th June 2021 are entitled to vote.

The meeting will receive the annual financial and other reports for 2020/2021

Vice Chair

Finance

These members are eligible to re-nominate for another term.

 

Supper will be provided

 

Requirements for Attendance

• Masks to be worn
• Fully vaccinated
• QR code check in

 

Any person wishing to become a Board member, will have to be or prepared to become a member of Edgarley Home Inc.
